Brazil is a global coffee producing powerhouse—the whole country produced over 7 billion pounds in 2018!—and typically isn’t known for having high-quality coffees. This lot breaks that mold. Carmo de Minas, a growing region in the state of Minas Gerais, is getting recognized for quality coffee due to the diligent work of hyperfocused producers.

This lot comes to us from Fazenda Serrado, a 32-hectare family-run farm that is planted with Yellow Bourbon, Yellow Catucai, Icatu, Acaia, and Mundo Novo coffee varieties. The attention to detail and focused energy of the producers help to make this coffee shine!
