A floral acidity meets a creamy, vanilla almond butter flavor and sweetens into a finish like cinnamon spiced apple sauce.



Pedro is a meticulous and accomplished farmer who produces excellent coffee at his farm, Finca Los Popitos. At 1300m above the village of Capucas in the Copan region of Honduras, Los Popitos is planted with Caturra, Catuai and a few experimental varieties.

We are pleased with Pedro’s coffee year after year and this lot is no exception!
