Product Description

We are excited to offer a coffee from a new producer group this year, the Huadquiña cooperative from the Cusco region of southern Peru. The Huadquiña cooperative was founded in 1964 on the premise of supporting the coffee and cocoa agriculture communities in the district of Santa Teresa.

After harvest, this coffee is pulped, fermented, washed, and then dried for 8-10 days on raised beds. Flavors of chocolate, malt, and nougat carry a caramel sweetness and a creamy body.
