Since 2013, OZO Coffee has proudly sourced coffee from El Manzano, a farm located on the western slopes of El Salvador's Santa Ana volcano at 1,550 meters. The region’s rich volcanic soil, combined with Emilio Lopez’s innovative farming techniques, results in a dynamic cup every year. While this natural processed coffee traditionally features notes of blackberry, purple plum, and dark sugars, this year it showcases a strikingly different profile—highlighting vibrant citrus flavors, layered with honey and dark sugars. It is still a sweet and bodied coffee that you're sure to enjoy.
