Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. ELIGIBILITY
This sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of OZO Coffee Company, LLC, their immediate family members, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.
2. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM MST on February 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM MST on March 4, 2025 ("Entry Period").
3. HOW TO ENTER
To enter, click the entry link in the sponsored Instagram advertisement and complete the entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
4. PRIZE
One (1) winner will receive free coffee for one year in the form of an OZO Coffee subscription consisting of two (2) 12-ounce bags delivered every two weeks for twelve (12) months (26 total shipments, 52 bags total). Winner may choose from OZO's rotating seasonal blend subscription, roaster's choice single origin subscription, or a specific blend subscription. Approximate retail value: $900 USD. Prize is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. No substitution of prize permitted except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.
5. WINNER SELECTION
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. Drawing will be conducted on or about March 5, 2025 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding. Winner will be notified via email and/or Instagram direct message within two (2) business days of drawing. Winner must respond within five (5) days of notification to claim prize. If winner does not respond within the specified time period, or if notification is returned as undeliverable, prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
6. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. By accepting a prize, winner grants permission for Sponsor to use winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right to modify or cancel the sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the sweepstakes.
7. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company's officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
8. PRIVACY
Information collected from entrants is subject to OZO Coffee's Privacy Policy and will be used to administer the sweepstakes and for marketing purposes.
9. DISPUTES
Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Colorado. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
