Vanlife Coffee Giveaway — Official Rules

1. Sponsors

This giveaway ("Promotion") is jointly sponsored by OZO Coffee Roasters (ozocoffee.com), Titan Vans, and Timber Van Kits (collectively, "Sponsors"). The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Sponsors are not eligible to enter. Prize pickup is local only (Boulder, Colorado area); winner must be able to collect the prize in person.

3. Promotion period

The Promotion begins on March 20, 2026 at 3:00 PM MT and ends on March 26, 2026 at 3:00 PM MT ("Promotion Period"). Entries received outside of the Promotion Period will not be considered.

4. How to enter

Participants may enter via any qualifying giveaway content posted by the Sponsors during the Promotion Period on Instagram. To receive a standard entry:

(a) Follow all three Sponsor accounts on Instagram: @ozocoffeeroasters, @titanvans, and @timbervankits
(b) Tag at least one friend in the comments of a qualifying giveaway post

Bonus entry: Share a qualifying giveaway post to your Instagram Story during the Promotion Period for one (1) additional entry. Bonus entry is available once per participant.

Multiple comment entries are permitted, but each tag must be a unique individual. Tagging the same person multiple times will count as one entry. Participants may enter on any qualifying Sponsor content posted during the Promotion Period.

One (1) grand prize winner will receive the following prize package:

6. Winner selection and notification

One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries on or around March 27, 2026. The winner will be contacted via Instagram direct message from one of the Sponsor accounts. The winner's Instagram handle will not be publicly disclosed without their consent. The winner must respond within 48 hours of notification or an alternate winner may be selected. Winners will be required to confirm eligibility and their ability to pick up the prize locally before the prize is awarded.

7. Prize conditions

Prize is non-transferable and no cash substitution is permitted. The prize must be collected in person in the Boulder, Colorado area; no shipping or delivery will be provided. If the winner is unable to arrange local pickup within 30 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes. The Titan Vans service discount is subject to availability and must be redeemed within 90 days of winning.

8. General conditions

By entering, participants agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors, which are final and binding. Sponsors reserve the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, or acts in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. Sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.

9. Release and limitation of liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsors and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance or use of any prize.

This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Any questions or comments regarding the Promotion should be directed to the Sponsors, not to Instagram.
