This is a naturally processed coffee from the Jimma Zone of the Oromia Region of Ethiopia. Jimma has long been a significant coffee-producing region in Ethiopia, and we're so excited to have the opportunity to showcase a coffee from Jimma alongside coffee from Yirgacheffe and Guji this year. This naturally processed lot is comprised of heirloom varieties that showcase the flavors of the region. We're finding a deep tea-like earthiness, the intensity of fresh cacao, and a sweet, berry acidity in the cup.
