This is a classic washed Guatemalan microlot from the CODECH cooperative in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes of Huehuetenango. This will be our third year working with our producer partner Gaspar Pérez Cardona, whose lots consistently highlight the terroir of Huehuetenango with the bright malic acidity of apple and red grape, balanced with chocolate sweetness. This year, Gaspar was a participant in the 2025 CODECH competition at the cooperative's headquarters in Concepción Huista, where his coffee always stands out to us an approachable yet distinct addition to our lineup.
