This Paraiso variety microlot, cultivated with the precision Luis Alberto is known for and processed at his outstanding mill in Ocotal, offers a clean, refined expression of the hybrid’s high quality. Developed by crossing Catuai and Timor, Paraiso performs beautifully in this washed profile, delivering clarity, balanced sweetness, and lively acidity. With remarkable traceability and meticulous care at every stage, this coffee presents an elegant and nuanced representation of both the variety and the region.
