The naturally processed Nicaragua from Un Regalo De Dios is grown at about 1,800 masl in the mountains of Nueva Segovia and produced by Luis Alberto Balladarez. This single-variety Java microlot is dried in whole cherry and then processed at Luis Alberto’s mill in Ocotal, where careful processing brings out a well-defined and balanced profile. With consistent attention to detail from farm to mill, this coffee shines with a bright cranberry acidity, paired with a sleek and buttery mouthfeel and a nutty sweetness.
