In 2018, we made our first visit the La Prosperidad de Chirinos, situated in the San Ignacio province of Cajamarca. This year, we are proud to offer this special release Geisha from co-op member Sujeily Vasquez Pérez, who has been a member of the co-op since 2021. Sujeily's microlot is a washed single variety Geisha, produced with care on her farm, El Zorzal, in the mountains of Cajamarca. In the cup, enjoy delicate florals, brilliant grapfruit acidity, and a sweet richness reminescent of coconut cream. This microlot from Sujeily is an absolute standout, with a complex flavor profile clearly produced with meticulous attention and skill.
