‘Endele’ which translates to ‘calm and regal’ is a perfect description of this coffee as the flavor is both approachable and exciting. Hailing from near the Rwenzori Mountains of Western Uganda, this coffee comes from a group of young enterprising people in Rubiziri Uganda. Manzi (production manager), George (operations manager), and Sam (sourcing and sustainability manager) began their operation a few years ago after receiving pre-harvest financing from Ibero Uganda, a company owned by NKG that primarily focuses on milling and exportation. They work with 400 core famers and 40 seasonal employees, often visiting their partners in the off-season. This coffee is delicious and approachable but has enough complex flavors to entice coffee afficionados.
