We’re excited to announce our special release microlot from Nazareth Robles, a fourth-generation coffee farmer from Tarrazú, Costa Rica. This year marks our third collaboration with her. At her family farm, El Balar, Nazareth has focused on fermentation and natural processing, producing unique, vibrant coffees with tropical flavors. The cherries are meticulously sorted, fermented for three days, and dried for a week using a static mechanical dryer. The resulting coffee is sweet and rich, with notes of mango, papaya, rum raisin, and a distinct honey sweetness. We are proud of Nazareth’s work and look forward to continuing our partnership with her.
