This is a washed Guatemalan microlot from the CODECH cooperative in the Sierra de los Cuchumatanes of Huehuetenango. This will be our first year working with producer Agusto López, whose microlot from his farm La Esperianza 2 stood out to use at the 2025 CODECH Competition in Concepción Huista. This is a well-structured coffee with sweet black cherry up front and sweet and spicy ginger and panela finishing out a perfectly balanced cup.
