In 2018, we made our first visit the La Prosperidad de Chirinos, situated in the San Ignacio province of Cajamarca. This year, we are proud to offer this microlot from co-op member Clemente Guerrero Choquehuanca, who has been a member of the co-op since 2013. Clemente's microlot is a washed single-variety Caturra, produced with care in the mountains of Cajamarca. In the cup, enjoy notes of chamomile tea, shortbread cookie, and tangerine acidity.
